As always, first MY rankings... after that, my computer rankings 1-120.

1.  Oklahoma - Texas game is a huge as ever.

2.  Missouri - Will have a test at home against Oklahoma St.

3.  LSU - Another big matchup... this one against Florida.

4.  Alabama - unimpressive at home.

5.  Texas - Oklahoma in Dallas... enough said.

6.  Texas Tech - home against Nebraska should let us know the true makeup of this team...

7.  USC - trouncing of Oregon signals that the Oregon St game may have been a fluke?!?

8.  Utah - Still waiting for BYU... but don't look past TCU.

9.  Penn St. - win at Wisconsin could skyrocket the Nittany Lions.

10. BYU - Last loss was against Tulsa at Tulsa.  Look at #8 above for a hint...

11. Oklahoma St - faces Missouri in Columbia... and a win would put them at the forefront in national spotlight.

12. Florida - game against LSU will be telling for Gators.

13. Georgia - Still not convinced that Georgia is a great football team.

14. Ohio St - Win against Wisconsin big... but they still have to keep it going.

15. Vanderbilt - could they be a sleeper in the perceived best conference in the country?

16. Tulsa - another blow out victory for the #1 offense in the country.

17. Cal - Pac-10 opening up for Bears.

18. Kansas - nearly got beaten in Big 12 opener.

NCAA Football Rankings Week 5

Alrighty then... here are my rankings... First is my Top 25, and underneath that is my computer rankings.  We'll have to see how close these are to the actual computer rankings when they come out...

Top 25

1.  Oklahoma - Sam Bradford proves he can carry a team on his back with NO threat of rushing the ball...
2.  Missouri - Can't look bad in a bye week.
3.  Alabama - First half impressive at Georgia... let them get too close in the second half.
4.  LSU - Sluggish at times against Mississippi St, but pulled through in the end.
5.  Texas Tech - High-Powered offense got some rest for the bye week.
6.  Texas - Two Saturdays away from showdown with Sooners in Dallas.
7.  Penn St - Win over Illini plays big.
8.  Utah - We'll see how Oregon St does at Utah this week...
9.  USC - I refuse to think that they are as bad as they looked Thursday night.
10. BYU - Still haven't given up any points in three weeks now... after the bye week.
11. Georgia - Couldn't overcome first-half hole against the Crimson Tide.
12. Oklahoma St - Could prove to the THE OSU this year...
13. Ohio St - At Wisconsin could turn out to be Big 10 elimination game for Buckeyes
14. Florida - Ugly home loss for Gators puts them behind the 8 ball for conference, national titles.
15. South Florida - Should be favorite in the Big East now.
16. Wisconsin - Looks to rebound against the Buckeyes in Madison.
17. Auburn - VERY ugly... but a win nonetheless, against Tennessee.
